Hi, I’m Sam!

Nutrition can be confusing - there’s so much information out there about what to eat and what works best that it can be hard to determine what works for you. I work with people who want to take the guesswork out of their nutrition and see real results, whether that’s more energy, better performance, or improved health.

In reality, getting nutrition right is often about making small, consistent changes that can improve your energy, strength, performance, and overall health over time.

Outside of work, I’m a bit of a sports junkie - I swim, play soccer and golf (poorly!), and spend a lot of time in the gym. I also love music, the outdoors, and sharing good food with friends.
