Cancellation Policy

At Elevate Dietetics, we are dedicated to delivering prompt, high-quality care to all our clients. To help keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure open timeslots can be offered to others, we ask for adequate notice if you need to adjust your booking.

·      24-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.

·      Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.

·      No-Shows: Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.

We recognise that unexpected emergencies happen. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
